‘Connection' starts with ourselves
‘Connection’ or ‘being connected’ holds great importance in leadership, sporting fields and loving relationships. When I was Managing Director of Hallmark Cards, our purpose was to create a more emotionally connected world.
Our belief at Conscious Uprising is that connection starts with ourselves. When we are truthful with ourselves, on purpose and present to the moment, our connection with colleagues, teammates, friends and lovers comes alive.
I feel those experiences when I have a spring in my step, an effortless business deal closes, we are co-creating ideas and opportunities, friends get my jokes 🙌, even my golf swing seems effortless! These are experiences when I am in tune with my energy and the energy around me, when I am clear and aligned with my intentions, and have congruence between what I experience and what is expressed.
